The product specification sets the starting point for shipment planning. GoudaAir EU coordinates the proposed handling requirements, refrigerated road feeder and air route before the shipment is confirmed.
Discuss handling requirements1. Confirm the product requirements
We check the proposed product's storage instructions and the requirements agreed with the buyer. Packaging, readiness for dispatch and any preparation before collection form part of the shipment review.
The temperature requirements must come from the actual product documentation. A single assumed range is not used as a substitute for the agreed specification.
2. Plan refrigerated road feeder
The proposed shipment includes refrigerated road transport from the loading point to the selected departure hub. Collection and airport arrangements are coordinated with the planned flight and cargo availability.
The chosen departure airport is confirmed for the shipment; it is not fixed by the destination name alone.
3. Review the airport and air-route arrangements
The route review covers the proposed handling arrangements, any transfers and the available temperature-management options. Particular storage, protective packaging or monitoring requirements must be discussed before booking.
Temperature-controlled logistics does not automatically mean continuous active refrigeration during every stage of air transport. The arrangements available for the selected route are confirmed in the shipment plan.
4. Coordinate arrival and collection
The buyer's airport collection and onward delivery plan needs to fit the product requirements. Tell us who will handle import clearance and warehouse delivery so responsibilities and handover arrangements can be agreed.
Onward transport beyond the destination airport is excluded from the published airport price unless expressly included in the quotation.
Additional requirements to discuss
- Temperature-recording devices and the format of any requested report.
- Passive protection or additional packaging.
- Particular handling or storage instructions.
- Minimum remaining shelf life and acceptable delivery timing.
- Collection arrangements at the destination airport.
These items are subject to availability and agreement. They are not automatically included in every shipment or published price.

Will every shipment include a temperature logger?
Not automatically. If monitoring is required, include it in the enquiry so the equipment, data access and cost can be agreed.
Can you confirm a fixed transit time before reviewing my order?
Shipment timing depends on product readiness, documentation and the selected route. We check these elements before confirming the plan.
