Your enquiry
We use the contact, company and shipment details you provide to assess your requirements and reply with a proposal. Required fields are marked *. Without these details, we may not be able to prepare a quotation. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Our basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where you request steps towards a contract in your own capacity, Article 6(1)(b) applies. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Recipients and storage
Enquiries are sent to our business mailbox, hosted by Hostinger. Authorised staff and hosting or email service providers may process the data needed to handle the enquiry. If a shipment proposal requires supplier or logistics input, we share only the details needed for that purpose.
Enquiry correspondence is kept while needed to deal with your request, subsequent business dealings and applicable legal or claims obligations. The form does not maintain a separate database of enquiry content. Security counters contain keyed hashes and timestamps, expire after one hour and are removed on the next submission. Hosting and mail services may maintain separate operational logs and backups under their service arrangements.
Website technology
This version uses no advertising or analytics trackers, third-party embeds or application cookies. Images and fonts are served locally or supplied by your device. The hosting service receives technical connection data, such as the IP address, when delivering pages. We do not use your enquiry for automated decisions or profiling.
Your choices and rights
Contact us to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can complain to a competent data protection authority, including the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
