The right quotation starts with the cheese your customers need. Tell us the intended use, preferred format, packaging and product requirements. We will check the available supply against your brief before quoting.
For wholesale and distribution, include your required unit size and case configuration. For foodservice or further processing, tell us how the cheese will be used and which product characteristics matter to your operation.

Choose your shipment size
3 tonnes — trial shipment. Start with a smaller order to introduce a product or supply a first customer.
5 tonnes — standard shipment. Use our indicative destination prices as a starting point, then request a quotation for your specification and date.
10 tonnes and above — volume shipment. Discuss larger or recurring requirements, including your preferred ordering schedule.

Is the indicative price for a specific Gouda specification?
The published prices are working estimates for 3-, 5- and 10-tonne Gouda shipments. A firm quotation identifies the exact product, packaging and delivery scope. Please send your specification so we can check whether the estimate is applicable.
Can I ask for a particular fat content or packaging format?
Yes. Include these requirements in your enquiry, specifying how fat content is measured where relevant. We will confirm the available product against your request.
What remaining shelf life can you offer?
This depends on the proposed product, batch and shipment plan. Tell us the minimum remaining shelf life you require at delivery. The agreed requirement must be confirmed before order acceptance.
