Documentation is part of the supply enquiry from the start. GoudaAir EU checks the documents available for the proposed product and coordinates the shipment paperwork with the requirements supplied by the buyer and import agent.

The required package depends on the product, producer, destination and transaction. The list below is a discussion guide, not a guarantee that every document applies to every shipment.

Availability, required form and issuing responsibility are checked for the proposed shipment. A generic document list does not confirm product eligibility for a destination.

- Resolve outstanding requirements before confirming the shipment.
Certifications must match the product
If your purchase requires halal, kosher or another certification, specify the requirement in the first enquiry. We will check the specific product, producer and available documentation before quoting it as a confirmed feature.

Does GoudaAir guarantee import approval?
Import acceptance is not established by this website. The proposed product and required documents must be checked with the relevant importer, broker and authorities as applicable before shipment confirmation.
Can you use my company's document checklist?
Yes. Send it with the enquiry so it can be reviewed against the available product and shipment documents.
Who is the seller in the commercial quotation?
TopWash s.r.o. issues the quotation under the GoudaAir EU brand. The exact roles and responsibilities for the transaction are stated in the commercial documents.
